Guest guest
Ramesh Balsekar tells a story in his book about Nisargadatta, which I am abbreviating and offering in my own words: After attending only two of Nisargadatta's talks, a poor, young blind youth responded confidently in the affirmative when N. asked, " have you understood what I am trying to say? " N. then asked him what it is he understood; and the young boy summarized N's teaching clearly. Nisargadatta responded with a look of understanding and love and then asked, " Now what will you be doing? " To which the young, blind youth responded, in part: " I will be doing nothing. 'Living' will go on. " The youth then paid his respects with great adoration and left.
