I have only seen the end of suffering in my mind, when I choose not to belive in it anymore! I think if it can go away so easly by so called shining lite on it, it must not be real. It can feel real, but then it stops. So are feelings real?

'my mind'... the 'my' is thought, or is the mind. Unless it's just the English language, and this is understood. > when I > choose not to belive in it anymore! There is no entity that chooses to believe or not believe. That entity *is itself* the belief, and when it drops, that indicates belief has dropped. > I think if it can go away so > easly by so called shining lite on it, it must not be real. 'Real' is what you make it. Paul
Guest guest
Only one 'complaint' about this... " Ourselves " can only be singular. I would rephrase it " when we allow self to become Self. " I don't know if that was your intent, but I've seen this sort of verbal 'mistake' before... someone posted some paraphrase of Nisargadatta saying " The only difference between us is that I've found my natural state, but you haven't found your natural state, " or something like that. My reply: " There couldn't be 7 billion (human) " natural states " walking around and talking to one another " <laugh>...
