It isn't good or bad... it is just 'what is', 'as is'.

 

When one stops trying to change or alter 'what is' to get 'somewhere

else', that is clarity. The dead end of all seeking, striving,

looking for some goal or ideal -- which never existed and which never

could come to pass as imagined.

 

The end of living in the past and in the future, which exist only in

the mind. Total, unconditional intimacy with 'the moment'.
