Hi Hur,

 

Just as a side note, the neti-neti (what you were doing with " I am

not my legs, arms, chest, " and so on), could be seen as Self-Inquiry

too, because if you were saying " I am not my arms, legs, chest,

thoughts " and all that, the ultimate question is " So, what am I then? "
