Hi Tim,

 

It's true, there are limitless ways to make the poll " better. " This

is just the way it came out. I'm a terrible test-taker, so it makes

sense that CREATING multiple choice questions would be an even

greater mental challenge....

 

The point being made, of course, is that " enlightenment " is sort of

an absurd pursuit, and yet here we all are, discussing it by a

thousand names, filtering it through myriad impressions of our fellow

dream-puppet Nisargadatta... and it couldn't happen any other way. May as well

laugh at it.

There was a possible answer left out... how about " At first yes,

later it becomes spontaneous. "

 

Not voting for that one, just suggesting another possibility. And

there are many others.

 

The poll is far too 'narrow'. I mean, there isn't even an " all of

the above " included! ;-)
