Hi Hur,

 

Thanks for posting the article on " the brain and sense of self. "

 

I remember reading some book where a scientist claimed to have

discovered " the seat of the soul. " When this area of the brain (I

think it was just above the right ear) is stimulated, people

report " leaving their body " and saying things like " I'm halfway out

of my body. " Of course, this 'discovery' pre-assumes the existence

of " separate souls. "

 

Still waiting for them to find the area of the brain that controls

interest in investigating the brain <grin>.
