Guest guest
Hi Paul, I posted the quote from Maharaj under the subject " Matrix not II. " It has multiple meanings. A: Nisargadatta Maharaj was an Advaita teacher and in Sanskrit advaita means not two. Advaita is often translated as nonduality. B: The quote from Maharaj sounds something like Morpheus from the movie Matrix would say. As you know Morpheus was Neo's teacher. I suspect the makers of this movie Wachowski brothers were familiar with the subject of nonduality. In other words this quote was a lot like Matrix but not Matrix 2 the planned sequel. By the way the quote was taken from the book " I am That, " the talks with Nisargadatta Maharaj, published by the Acorn Press and copyrighted in 1973. Best wishes, Hur Nisargadatta, zorro3uk wrote: > My name is Paul I found a link to here from the Trancendental > Meditation news group. So, oftern something very > simple resonates with what we know and shifs us into further knowing. > I've seen the film as well the Matrix it is a great film-MAYA.
