Yes... but if you can make this " experiential " (even for a moment)... or a " realization " rather than just a " head trip " ... The way I did it was gazing at something and trying to 'know' that there was no separation between " myself " and " that which I was looking at, " and that " the seeing " was the link. Do it long enough or with enough intent focus and if you " see this way " (or hear... it can be done with sound instead, or any kind of perceiving) even for a moment -- subject and object merges as a matter of " experience, " not just some idea in the mind as far as nouns and verbs. > hey!
