Guest guest
Hi Paul, I'll say only this -- i see little difference between the waking state and the dream state as far as functioning. If anything, the dream state seems " more real " because it involves the " lower 9/10 of the iceberg " of vasanas... whereas the waking state involves only surface impressions, and (perhaps) an illusion of " control " or doership that isn't normally present in the dream state. So if anything, the " waking state " is far more deceptive... do you ever deceive 'yourself' or 'perceived others' in a sleeping dream? Is there even an illusion of " myself " in the dream state, or do events just appear to occur sequentially before the witness?
