Guest guest
Tim, I cannot talk for NA, AA, CA or even triple A. hahahaha You never know who is reading these post. Could be someone seeking recovery. What is recovery? I don't even have answers for that. lol Now I can share my experience with you but it means nothing to you or to my cousin and friends who are still active in the disease of addiction. I don't judge anyone who is there. It is really clear to me that the obession left in spite of Manuel. I call it grace. What is Grace? I don't have answer for that either. hahahaha I could say like I said to Judi on A Net of Jewels; beats me! I can fanatasize all kinds of bull shit. But that is what it would be just bull shit. Telling me to just be when the obesssion was on was like telling a person on fire to sit still. hahahahaha I was burning up my friend. If your body is of the addict nature. Then you know about using against your will. See Tim, Manuel is an addict. Simple. I was asking a patient if they have any drug allergies, which is common in the medical environment. The patient said yes Pencillin. I said okay I will put that down here and jokingly I said I will make sure we don't give you any of that. The light bulb went on, Manuel thought, Manuel you are allergic to drugs. That is simple. If this patient is given Pencilling they will have a reaction. If Manuel takes drugs he will have a reaction as well. I say all this because I have done a lot of reading and was confused in regards to some of the books they say things like you are perfect and whole etc. Well they are not refering to the body. But since I don't want to say I am dumb, maybe slow. hahahaha I thought they were refering to me (the body). And that someday, somehow this body could ingest drugs, an not react. Although I have said to much, I haven't said enough. lol Namaste, Manuel Nisargadatta, " Omkara " <coresite@h...> wrote: <s> > One thing could be pointed out though, from the " promises " in the > N.A. program (not worded exactly here): > > " The only thing we promise is freedom from active addiction.
