There is nothing personal to renounce, nor anything that can truly be had by a (separable) being. Seeming greed, reactions based on history, or giving names to people, doesn't change what it actually is. Jesus said, " for the one who has eyes to see it, it is seen. " There is only the utter inevitability of this " apparent manifestation " , also known as " formation " : observer and observed arise mutually and interdependently.
