Petition for humanitarian aid to Afghanistan

This is a new petition for humanitarian aid to Afghanistan. I hope no

one minds my rushing by- epetitions can be very effective, it all

depends on word of mouth. This is an enormous human rights concern,

and the petition is very new, could use your help.
