Guest guest
Hi there Hur, Thank you for your prompt message. I guess you are the one keeping this link going by the looks of it. Well done. I'm from Melbourne Australia. I read I am That and I don't want to read any other book after reading it. I want to imbibe its message and hold on to the real. I guess i had heard this message before, but never had it been so powerfully driven into me. I'm a physical education teacher (it's just a label)and I practice witness consciousness whenever I remember. Usually before a class I remind myself of Who Am I? and then I will go and teach, while teaching I remember to watch myself as I am there talking and being and at the end I spend a few seconds in silence watching my state. I have a few favorite quotes, but this one is today's: " There is nothing to practise. To know yourself, be yourself. To be yourself, stop imagining yourself to be this or that. Just be. Let your true nature emerge. Don't disturb your mind with seeking " I am That PG 259 (Chetana version)
