Guest guest
Meditation is from moment to moment. The eyes see, the ears hear. The organs function. There is no interiorisation, no concentration, no introversion, no withdrawing of the sense. Don't go into the old habits of withdrawal. Go in the directionless expansion, the spaceless space. Listening is free from all furniture, from all memory. It is a non-state. In a state you go in and out; listening is a continuum. When you are listening to your body, your senses and mind, then your listening is completely open; theres no grasping, no taking. The perceived comes directly to your openness. The representation of yourself as an 'I,' a 'somebody,' must die. It is a reflex, nothing else. When there is fear ask, 'Who has fear?' You will never find the 'who,' you'll find only a concept called fear, emotion.
