Lalla, Hur the space between I am and That

I just realised that Lalla is probably referring to the space at the end of the

inbreath and the end of the outbreath where the scriptures say the Self is to be

found. So ham is the mantra of Vedantins; it means I am that in sanskrit. ham is

reapeated on the inbreath and So on the outbreath.

So ham, So ham, it never stops repeating itself with the breath, it always goes

on and focusing on it it takes us back to the source
