Hi there, I just wanted to share how I try to live this message, of

being and letting go of all desire and fear along the way and how hard

it is sometimes. By the way I really don't want people to say there is

no struggle, and you are that, so there is nothing to be afraid of

and nothing to desire, because that does not make me feel any better.

I am guilty of doing that to others, In a very higher than though way

that only fills you with pride and sets you up for a fall, But the

catch of this path is just that; We think we have it covered, we think

we are on top of it, and so there is no humility and when the real

test comes we go down like a ton of bricks. Where is the love? where

is compassion? lets face it everyone, witness consciousness is a

difficult thing to attain. the mind darts here and there and 99% of

the time we go with it, and we become the person. This life is

seductive and alluring and we often fall for it. Forgetfulness comes

in and that's it. That's why we need a Guru, a living path, practices

to follow, like chanting and meditation, mantra repetition and

worship, to keep remembering the Self. A satwic mind is needed. have

you ever tried to just BE in the midst of an agitated mind? Is it one

of the hardest things or what? or have you ever aimed to BE when all

you want is fall asleep?. But it is true the KEY is in reasoning your

way out (desire leads to pain, so therefore do not pursue) and don't

give it your attention, and it is true that each time you say NO to

the senses you say YES to I AM, and our connection grows stronger. I

still haven't heard from others who go through similar things in the

process of elimination. Why is that?

Mario:

A refreshing bit of honesty in the midst of all the end-game, already-there-here-nowhere-beyond, nondual claims and assertions. Thanks for that. When once asked by a pundit how to achieve his exalted stateless state, Nisargadatta mentioned only one quality... humility. Hmmm.

best,
