For a beginner,

if the mind-set is attracted to this,

this is a very easy way to get a handle on the mind.

 

Particularly for those tamatized by " war " .

 

At least it was in my case.

 

I used to draw a line down the middle of a sheet of paper.

 

One side was empy.

 

The other side had at the top E=MC2.

 

And I really can explain how it worked.

 

But it did.

 

In the end there was always only the empty side left.
