Upon waking from deep sleep (no knowing) in the morning,

a " sense of well being " (I am, wordlessly) (knowingness),

appears.

Then Mother Nature as a whole appears.

Then " a story " appears.

'I am' (with words).

Just seeing that much is a hypothetical step in the Right

Direction.

Being observant upon waking in the morning is a

hypothetical step in the Right Direction.

No need to do anything.

Including repeating words.

Just observe the unfolding.

And how " the me " comes into hypothetical being.

The same upon retire-ing at night.

Just observe the falling-off of " the me " ,

the same way it came in the morning.
