hi sam, when you say her site has a commercial web bug, is it on the

geocities or actually on her website " /~cathing " ? i am curious

because i have a free website on geoticies as well. and what is a

web bug? compared to other advaita teachers, she is not more

commercial than most. this is not a very good business, you know and

those who go into it, perhaps, they have no choice. hur

Don't know the answers to your questions.. It's possible she does not even know it is there.. I have some lovely software that tells me these things and I was just surprized to find them on her site... Didn't mean to offend.. Hope business is good for her and all others selling water by the river.. sam hurg <hurg> wrote: > This weekend I am travelling to New York City to attend the talks > with Catherine Ingram. > > Her website is: http://www.geocities.com/~cathing/> > Hur> > > > > Her website has a hidden web bug..Don't like that.. seems a bit commercial minded to me.. To Hurg and Sam,

Listened to the Audio presentations by C.Ingram and was very

moved by the depth and sincerity of her offering. Thanks a ton.

Regarding her speaking in NYC or anywhere else, it's good only if

she and others are " mediums " , or focal points for our gathering.

As for cliches, Sam, I'll " raise " your " selling water by the

river " with " you can take a horse to Water, but you can't make them

drink " . Perhaps my Arrow misses the mark, but that happens often with

a flip turn of phrase. My point is that it does not hurt that

Teachers repeat a message, yes even if they make a modest business

out it. Maybe 1 out 10 of those horse will drink and ....WOW,

refreshment.

Small point, why mention or otherwise imply that a Web page is

faulty or corrupt when you can not explain the

corruption or it's relevance?).

be well,

cj

I am not against either repeated messages or modest business. And you are right, only thirst makes the horse drink.

be well also,
