Guest guest
Dear 'Beloveds' This time Amigo's theme is 'True Love' see: http://www.ods.nl/am1gos ------- Is it 'mission impossible' to indicate Love in words? You can decide that for yourselves after reading this issue. At a certain moment Belle said: 'Well - love is feminine, whether you like it or not (just look it up in the dictionary). If the subject is true Love/love, you have to write it as she.' So, who am I to contradict that? In this issue you will find among others contributions from Jan van Delden, Francis Lucille, Vijai Shankar, Alexander Smit, Nisargadatta, Hans Laurentius, Jan Koehoorn, Jean Klein and more. much pleasure reading the Amigo editors Belle Bruins (belle.bruins) Kees Schreuders (case) P.S. IF THE SHOE FITS Š ( a little story by Jan van Delden about bhakti and jnana) How does a jnani travel? He takes suitcases and bags full of books about the Final Goal. In the train he keeps asking everybody if this is the right train or the right station. How does a bhakta travel? She catches the train at the very last minute, throws a knapsack on the baggage rack and goes to sit and babble with her fellow passengers. She enjoys the view and trusts that she will arrive at her Destination. But Š the danger is that underway the bhakta will become so fascinated by someone's beautiful blue eyes that she runs after them with no thought whatsoever and completely forgets what the final goal was Š.
