Guest guest
I've been seeking for so long, and I feel closer than ever. But all the enlightened ones claim that enlightenment will not come from seeking. Because seeking is in the realm of causality. And nowhere in causality lies the answer I'm looking for. So I've decided to stop seeking. For the last week, I've simply tried to forget my opinions, or atleast not speek of them, and only listen, and do what I can to make people happy. i.e., a girl at my work was depressed today, so I gave her a flower. A guy fixed my computer so I gave him a card. I will just give and give while keeping in balance emotionally and chemically, and I will assume this is a better path than seeking. Am I right? Did Jesus and the others merely want us to love eachother without digging deeper? With wondering to the reasons why? Because we will never know the reasons why? I say these things because I need verification, and I know everyone one will attack this sentence, saying how stupid need is, but seriously, could someone reply to the meaning of this letter as a whole and not just the stupid sentences? Please, and thankyou. Also, what's with all the images of enlightened ones in meditation positions? Are those positions that will take you to the realization of nonduality? Or merely positions they enjoy now that they've discovered their true self, the absolute? -Luke _______________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx
Guest guest
You are standing on the goal, don’t ask about the path... Everything that happens arises spontaneously from the Absolute, including enlightenment. There is nothing that you, as an individual entity, can do or not do to achieve or not achieve anything because the individual entity that you think you are does not exist. Surrender to the Absolute is the only choice and we as individuals are not free to make that choice. When you reach the point where you say to yourself, ‘Who Cares?!’, you will know you are very close. It is all God’s Will.
