ahh, now that I understand what enlightenment is, how shall I go about

making the periods of enlightenment last longer than the mere second in the

morning when I wake up, before I remember who I am? And just to verify, it

is true that when talking with someone, no matter what, just to communicate,

I am operating somewhat in the ego. I think Nisargadatta called it

" chidakash " ? He says he has his stand in " paramakash " which I take to mean

complete absense of the ego. But how can he communicate from a state of

paramakash?

and will respond are even on this forum. You'd think there'd be nothing here

dear luke,

 

your post reminded me of a joke by robert adams. let's announce a

convention for the enlightened people and whoever shows up gets

automatically disqualified.

If you really understand, why are you here asking? :)

Not thinking is not enlightement. Enlightenment

happens in an empty mind, but don't mistake the house

for the party.
