Gentlemen!

We were recently discussing this issue.

I have noticed that when somethings happen which is very

unpleasant, I begin to SUPPRESS my bad feelings, and begin to

think excessively.

This leads to at least a temporary relief! - Of course the problem

is

that I totally forget what the original cause was (horrible

feelings) and I GET LOST in thought.

When I then try to not think, it will be so extremely difficult,

because as soon as I stop thinking, THE ORIGINAL BAD FEELINGS

REAPPEAR, which I didn't want to feel in the first place...!

Shankar, you said:

" When you feel pain, that is the time for you to stop meditating.

And then, you must go to sleep "

--- Are you really sure about that?!?!

--------------

thanks and regards to everybody,

by the way, shoulnd't we recall this group: Advaita-Group or Non-

Duality-Group etc?!?!

How about set up a real discussion forum?! (for example

ezboard.com)
