1 Bad thoughts come for most.

Of course, bad thoughts trouble us.

Happiness is our nature.

So, we must get rid of the troubling bad thoughts.

2 Do not think bad thoughts from the conscious mind and impress the

subconscious mind from there.

Still, sometimes bad thoughts would rise into the conscious surface mind

automatically from the subconscious mind.

That is the Power of God working on us. Because God wants us to resolve

them.

When all the subconscious sense-impressions are resolved, God's Light

can come in, stay and work unobstructed in us.

3 This is the fact. Install this attitude into your subconscious.

Consciously think that God is bringing the bad subconscious thoughts

into your conscious.

This conscious thought you carefully and slowly place into the

subconscious.

Like drops of Glucose getting into the bed-ridden patient in the

hospital.

This is called placing the aphorism into the subconscious.

Instruct the subconscious to assimilate this aphorism that you placed.

The subconscious will distribute this attitude throughout its substance.

Then, when bad thoughts automatically arise from the subconscious into

the conscious,

the subconscious will bring in this digested attitude also into the

conscious.

Then you will not resist and react to the bad thoughts.

4 Secondly, we are constantly invaded by sense-impressions of those around.

Discriminate constantly between the real and the unreal.

Act out of that constantly alert state of discrimination.

You will now be vibrating in a newer state of awareness.

That will cause your friends and circumstances to change.

Be firm in your state of discrimination and the resulting action.

That way, invasion from the group-mind causing bad thoughts will

gradually cease.

5 Ingrained self-esteem of the ego makes us suppress the bad thoughts.

Suppression temporarily postpones the problem. It does not resolve it

permanently..

6 Let us say I want to go to the office today at 10 a.m.

Then, suddenly, my stomach starts aching. Then, it grows into a severe

pain.

have to immediately and fully attend to my stomach ache.

I must immediately take an auto, and go to the doctor, and attend to it

actually.

7 Similarly, when God opens the basement of the subconscious,

and throws some bad thoughts out of it into the conscious,

we have to throw away all other jobs of other thoughts.

Thinking other thoughts at that time, means not attending to them fully

now.

That is absence of surrender to God.

When God demands something, we have to give.

You must give your attention to what God is showing you from within your

subconscious.

8 Hold your attention of the conscious lightly over the rising subconscious

impressions.

When the attention goes away, bring it back gently enquiring 'Who am I?'

The impressions that rose would be resolved by your attention.

9 Then, the next day morning, the resolved impression will pass out through

the early morning dream.

Do not recollect the same after waking up. That will reimpress the

subconscious with the bad impression that is passing away permanently.

10 This is what briefly but exactly Judi has stated that the way is through

the rising bad impression.

I said you must sleep when there is physical pain. Physical pain you

need not try to combat using meditation.

Pray to God, undergo medical treatment, and heal your body. Then, you

must meditate.

Yours in God

>I begin to SUPPRESS my bad feelings,

>and begin to think excessively.

>This leads to at least a temporary relief!

>I totally forget the horrible feelings and

>I GET LOST in thought.

>When I then try to not think, it will be so extremely difficult,

>because as soon as I stop thinking, THE ORIGINAL BAD FEELINGS REAPPEAR

>When you feel pain, that is the time for you to stop meditating.

>And then, you must go to sleep "

> " feel " <www955

>The way is *through*, not around.
