Guest guest
I was more hinting at the yin-yang issue. If there was first the Tao, which felt so alone-lonely, that it had to go into a relation with itself, thereby dividing up into 2 pieces. Yin and Yang, after that, further complicating the matter by breaking up into the 10'000 things. (Really myriad of things, emotions, bodies, consciousnesses and so on) Why isn't it that the average human life is 50% pain, but also 50% pleasure ?!?! (A fair amount of Yin for everybody, and a equally fair amount of Yang for everybody!) From my experience, there is definitively MUCH MORE PAIN than pleasure for EVERYBODY ! (At least 90% pain for the average human being) HOW COMES??? And 2nd: My particular issue is extreme loneliness. If the Tao / Brahman / God / Consciousness felt so lonely as to feel the inevitable urge to divide itself into the ten-thousand things, just to play its damn lila-game (which causes 90% pain, 10% pleasure), with the goal to forget its extreme lonliness, then, yes then it MISERABLY FAILED. Why? I, as a very tiny fragment of the whole, feel STILL LONELY like buried alive in Höllloch (Hell's Hole : 2nd biggest cave of the world, located in the middle of Switzerland...!) ....I bet I missed something important in this crazy Advaita-Adventure... fox, the Duality-Dancer.... www.feel.ch (by the way, how can I receive your emails, with the background I send it out with. (White backgrounds are snowblinding me!)) - el_wells_2002 Nisargadatta Monday, September 02, 2002 12:21 PM Re: suffering will never end? Pete: Now, fox, you realize you are projecting your present condition to the rest of life. I'm 99% happy. Of course I have been miserable and lonely for long periods in the past. That's why I became a seeker. I was lucky I found happiness by getting rid of my crappy self. Unhappiness is always self inflicted. > And 2nd: My particular issue is extreme loneliness. Loneliness is self inflicted too. A vicious circle: You don't like yourself, so you don't like others and others don't like you. See through the demands you put on yourself, others and life in general. Just witness your life without expectations. > > If the Tao / Brahman / God / Consciousness felt so > lonely as to feel the inevitable urge to divide > itself into > the ten-thousand things, just to play its damn > lila-game (which causes 90% pain, 10% pleasure), > with the goal to forget its extreme lonliness, then, > yes then it MISERABLY FAILED. > > Why? > > I, as a very tiny fragment of the whole, feel STILL > LONELY like buried alive in Höllloch > (Hell's Hole : 2nd biggest cave of the world, > located in the middle of Switzerland...!) What you don't like mountains? Move to Hawaii, you're always saying aloha and you live in Switzerland. How old are you? You like whining uh? It can be fun! Don't overdo it,though. One can get very attached to it, and then one is always looking for reasons to be miserable, so one can whine some more. > > ...I bet I missed something important in this crazy > Advaita-Adventure... Yeah, you did. Keep trying. Best of luck, Pete > fox, > the Duality-Dancer.... > www.feel.ch > > (by the way, how can I receive your emails, with the > background I send it out with.
