Jan,

 

Thanks for the reply. What do you think about Aziz's map of awaking

especially his words on the soul and awakening to the heart?

 

" Reaching the Absolute can be very dangerous, for there is the

possibility of dissolving the Soul. The pull from the bottomless

ocean of stillness absorbs all feelings and thoughts into its

original Emptiness. It is very easy to get stuck in the experience

of Peace. Enlightenment brings the conviction that all has been

reached and it is enough to rest in the effortless state of Absolute

Stillness. But it is not the end. As we had to use effort to reach

the state of Peace, so now we need to move out of it if we wish to

reach our Soul. And reaching the Soul is our ultimate task, for she

is that which we truly are. " - Aziz

That has been my finding also
