Guest guest
Pete, Thank you for the reply. A question (below) Pete> Try to pay complete attention to whatever comes to consciousness. This sounds contradictory to the practice. I thought I was ignoring anything arising in consciousness and always bringing attention back to " I Am " ? Guest guest
Shawn, There is no such *thing* as " I Am " , so how can attention be brought to it? By witnessing/experiencing/knowing each arising in consciousness, and at the same time enquiring into to source of the arising.... The *words* " I Am " are not important. It is the inquiry that is important. The deep, deep inquiry. -Bill > Pete, > > Thank you for the reply.
