Guest guest
" Sylvia is a 35-year old woman from Paris who is very involved both " spiritually " and in her life with the Light dimension. Wolinsky: Define light. Sylvia: Absence of dark-Illumination. W: Regarding light what have been the consequences in your life if light means the absence of dark? S: That there is constrast between light and dark. Light is good/dark is bad. Light makes the nervous system more stimulated with pleasant sensations.. W: Do you seek light? S: Yes, I seek the light, light, light is happy, light is light. Therapeutic Note. Here the Archetypes are easily revealed. Besides the light Archetype, we have a seeker after the light (which often means truth) Archetype. Note that if you are " acting-out " aan Archetype " you " can never free yourself. You must go beyond the Archetype and the system itself by seeing it for what is, a subtle construct. W: Regarding all of this seeking light, light is illumination, light is good, dark is bad, what have you done to yourself? S: Depressed myself. W: What did you assume, decide, or believe that got you doing that? S: Being depressed keeps me from being hurt. W: Are you still using depression to defend against being hurt right now? S: No. W: Okay, " spiritually " speaking, tell me a story you were told or you told yourself about light, like Light is good, Seeking light, etc. S: Stories like, light has magic, light has healing attributes, light in heaven, dark is hell, angels are full of light, people have light and can illuminate, it is safter in the light. There is such a thing as light, being light is a way to get love. Wolinsky: right now, are you still believing these things. S: No, it is just a concept. W: Ragarding all of this how has another tried to control you. S: Teachers have said, it's in the light, light is enlightenment. W: Are you still believing that? S: No, I did though, but no. Therapeutic Note: Notice how you have to bring the Archetypes and concepts " on line, " " on your screen, " in your awareness before you can go beyond them. Otherwise what is organizing you is out of your awareness. W: Regarding light what images have you created? S: I have theis image of ESSENCE as being full of light. That's what the Lord said, " Let there be light. " Therapeutic Note. Notice how ESSENCE is fused with light. W: If you fuse together ESSENCE = light, what gets createdz? S: An experience gets created. W: What is an experience? S: Just another concept. W: If you separate ESSENCE and light what does not occur? S: The condensation. W: If all of this stuff, illumination-light is good, dark is bad-were no longer an issue for you, what would your experience be? S:There wouldn't be an experience--everything would just be. W: Regarding all these concepts around light, what lies have you told yourself? S: That light exists, it matters, makes a difference, my existence depends on it, I am separate from light if I can perceive it--it is real, that there really is a difference between light and dark. GOD IS LIGHT. W: Is that true? S: God is a concept--light is a concept. W: If you separate the concept of GOD from the concept of light what is the experience? S: There is no experience. W: Ragarding these concepts of light, is there anything you are resisting knowing S: I must now know all this is made up. W: Regarding these concepts, are there any emotions you are resisting? S: Sadness W: Tell me an idea you have about the sadness. S: It goes on forever. W: Tell me another idea you have about the sadness. S: It is part of the False Core. W: That's an interesting idea. Tell me another idea. Therapeutic Note: The False Core is an idea and begins to dissolve when viewed as just another concept. Sylvia: Sad is from another time-it blocks out light, light cannot penetrate sadness. Emotions are the absence of light--sadness has lessons. Wolinsky: Emotions are the absence of light--sadness has lessons, if that were not true and just a concept, what would your experience be? S: I feel angry. W: Tell me an idea you have about anger. S: Good people never feel it. It is the work of the DEVIL. Therapeutic Note Notice the devil Archetype W: (Laughing) Well, we finally got to the bottom of it. Any other concepts you have about anger. S: Anger is bad, according tothe Catholic Church and nuns. W: Interesting idea. S: You know an " I " does not exist, but it seems to arise when you ask the question. Therapeutic Note: This is true, " I " is a construct that arises at the level to meet the " external " context. W: Regarding light; What alse should you not experience? S: Caves, they are too dark. W: So...are you? S: Silence...no computation to that question. W: Prior to these concepts about light, how big was your consciousness? S: Prior to there is no " your consciousness. " W: Prior to ...... (outstretched arms), Are you? S: Total Silence. W. Notice the physical eyes which are perceiving. S: Yes W: Notice the perceiving and the perception are same. S: Silence. W: Now, are you perceiving or are the eyes perceiving. S: The eyes perceive. W: Are you? S: There is no " you " to perceive. W: What is it that has millions of eyes but cannot see? S: Total silence.
