Guest guest
Not having to meditate is fine with me as, meditation causes more pain in my back than anything else. Great! I have decided instead to concentrate on the 'I am' thought-feeling and to try and not catch onto any passing thoughts or perceptions as my 'own'. I have a nagging doubt. Surely the perceptions and conceptions with which I am trying not to attach myself are just the contents of my brain. The mind is within the brain and the brain is within the body. I am a separate entity from the world because this Body-Mind mechanism is physically separated. The fact that I am writing to 'others' on a message board is proof enough that we are separate. So, is this just substituting one World-View for another? One delusion for another?

KKT: Do not try to << figure out >> that one is << one with the world >> but << remain with the fact >> that one is separate from others. This is the FACT, the ACTUALITY ! So is this actuality a delusion? Peace, KKT

One > delusion for another? when you meditate as consciousness on consciousness nothing else there are no concepts (not even all is One) no puzzles (the brain in the mind vs the mind in the brain) no delusions (separate existence vs unity of being) no identifications (with the body or the Self) there can be no doubts hur
