Some People say it's all about knowing and

understanding your own mind. This is like

saying to predict weather, you must know

each and every cloud. When would there be an

end to that? All you have to know is that

to realize knowledge is useless, and the thinking

mind is an idiot babbling in the dark.

 

Hold your attention in the sense of being, listen,

and ignore the trashing of he mind, until the spring

of your unlimitedeted emptiness starts gushing fore.
