Guest guest
I have been the attempt to know something. Because I am trying to know, to feel, because I claim something happened to me, I must exist. Whether I am attempting to be enlightened, or know someone enlightened, or express enlightenment, it's still the attempt. When I die to the attempt, the I that is claimed by the attempt, also dies. With the release of the attempt, I dissolves, there is nothing to know about anything, nothing to know about enlightenment, nothing to know about who is or isn't ... Peace, Dan ******* i don't know about you, but i sure want to know.. as much as i can.. certainly, there are some things that i don't bother to know, and some things that i wish i never knew.. some things i want to know mira

From that position, you believe you make choices about what to know, and what not to know. This is delusion, trying to place something where there is no place for it. There is no knower located in a position. Knowing is simultaneous, with not a single apparent photon or dust mote excluded. The apparent knower ends, revealing this truth. Choicelessly. The known things and events dissolve with the knower. Knowing now is not of things, but is being. Being, time, life, death, creation, destruction -- now are not separable -- anywhere ... -- Dan
