Guest guest
Hi Karta, Glad you made it to this list. There are many ways to indulge the mind, and postpone that which needs be done. The only thing that needs be done is to pay attention to our mental activity because it's this activity that hides our true nature which is rest and silence. There is no other way to rest but to stop. We neither want to see or do that, so we beat the drum looking for silence. Dislike and hate binds as love does. So if MH loves her, so do you, in your peculiar way. > > do you know of a Jan who has a > website and posts a lot on the ND > clubs .. i lost the url and can't > remember his name? P:Jan Sultan. He's the owner of Advaita to Zen. > > Are you doing any vichara or > self-introspection? P: No. I do nothing, and when I do something, I let it go as soon as it's done. Doing is a flame, you can run your hand quickly through a flame w/o getting burn, but if you linger over it... Get the barbecue sauce out, cause your fingers are buffalo wings.
