I wonder when you, almost realized ladies and gents engaged in this thread,

will have the presence of mind to trim it before it gets a mile long?

Thanks for pointing this out Pete.

I have tended to try to leave some of the

previous messages so that one can see the

context of messages if they desire to. I have

never seen a digest and the impact on digest

bulk had not occurred to me.

 

At the other extreme are those who even

cut away the message they are responding

to. Then there is really no context, and I wonder

what the heck they are talking about.
