Guest guest
Hi Caspar, >A new question to you all then: can you think of any practical advice that might help me *see* how programming can be integrated into the >meditative state. P:You have fallen into the trap of wanting to be aware of awareness. Don't make awareness into a problem. What is imperative is to be single minded. To divide your attention between programming and being aware of being aware is a ridiculous, imposible task. While doing something be completelly aware of that. When doing nothing be completely aware of that. Of course, you can take little breaks from a task to be simply aware. This takes only a few seconds, and these breathers are very recharging. >Or alternatively, if anyone feels that I shouldn't even be trying to integrate it into the meditative state, can he or she indicate how >else I should deal with it--in practical terms. As I wrote above, the only integration possible is to take small breaks from the task. Dividinng attention could very well be the source of all evils. Best to you, Pete
