Okay, programming not an obstacle... but how to see this?

No, you desire something different to be there. It is not an obstacle to

being, only an obstacle to your desire for something else. Accept the

programming. All activity happens against the backround of Being. All noise

or music against the backround of Silence.

 

Don't beat your self up, when you remember, pay attention. If you can doit

only in your leisure, that will in time spread to and through all activity.

 

Have faith, everyone can do it. Everyone IS it.
