Yes, you are born, and yes you die. Time itself is timeless, because only by breaking it apart into subevents can a sense of time be manufactured (for an observer of things being observed). You are time, you include the entire field. Choices arise just as any other apparent events arise, as it is time for them to arise (and dissolve). Thus, you have never been born, because you can't take place as a separable event within yourself. You can't choose, because all the choices you are to make already are chosen.
