I created a new web page today.

It tells the story of how I discovered

the Awareness watching Awareness method.

Michael:

GREAT website! I was in the same boat as you. I have mainly been reading books that follow 3 teachings - Douglas Harding's "Headlessness", Eckhart Tolle's "Power of Now," and Nisargadatta Maharaj's "I Am." I was also confused at how I should "abide in the sense of I AM." So, I re-read The Power of Now (I had aread it a few years ago, before I started reading non-dualist literature, and now it made total sense). In the book, Eckhart Tolle says to NOT think about being present, but to FEEL yourself just "being." This seems almost identical to what you are saying on your website, so I am happy that I am on the right track. I will be picking up your top 3 recommended books and see how much they help me to fine tune the practice.

Thanks again,

Josh
