told the German Sidhas and

Governors that the coming close of Mangal to planet Earth is

considered as the onset of a new World order by many Jyotishis.

Eike

also said that Mangal is associated to Subramnya, the chief-commander

of all the Devas or all aspects of Natural Law. So let us see what

happens. Mangal by the way means fortunate.

The last time it happened was in 57,537 B.C. Now, after nearly 60,000

years this rare astronomic feat repeats its occurrence. The world

waits in feverish anticipation for August 27, when Earth and Mars

come closest to each other (as close as 34.6 million miles), as never

before in a lifetime.

 

The phenomenon, " Martian opposition " is due to an orbital oddity when

Mars, Earth and Sun are aligned in a line with one another in their

respective orbits.

 

Let's take a look at the mechanics of this movement. Every day of the

year, the Earth moves at about 20 miles per second to complete its

annual orbit around the sun. Mars being further away from the Sun and

less tightly bound by gravity rotates 20 per cent more slowly. Once

in every two years, the Earth catches up with Mars and comes

considerably close and then, pulls ahead of the Red Planet.

 

Because of Mars' proximity to the Earth, the planet will appear

exceptionally bright red in colour, like a sparkling ruby and can

even be observed with a simple binocular or even, by the naked eye.

If you miss Mars the first night, try again till early September when

the red colour gradually fades as the Earth pulls ahead of the Red

planet. Do not miss this opportunity or it will be too late before

you may see another one. The next time such a feat occurs, will be on

August 28, 2287 A.D.
