Guest guest
What is thought thinking when it refers to " my " self or " my " thoughts? The brain invents the self and then goes looking for it. Why does thought think so much about this pseudo-entity that it has created? Do you think that you can hear yourself think? Thought is trying to discover itself using the symbolic language that it has created. Thought itself can never see the problem..... but.......... When thought begins to see its own limitations the whold structure begins to crumble...... What do ya think?

It is interesting when some kind of revelation or 'understanding' dawns, spreads out over the body, makes itself known, but not available to the intellect. ....it's not like it's a thing that can be described. It's like a shift..maybe a little like how the plates of the earth shift, ....or the plates of the skull subtly open and close with the ebb and flow of cerebro-spinal fluid...imperceptibly, except in the hands of a skilled cranio-sacral therapist who can sense such things through the fingers Is the skull aware or concerned that is protracting and retracting? Does the cerebro-spinal fluid know it is flowing? It is what it is and all it knows is that it is the movement itself. This movement- maybe it is not really possible to stand outside of to put into words It's fun to try to describe, which happens a lot...and imagery can be very effective, but it is the attachment to it which is the 'culprit' It seems that the conceptualizing and reasoning out serves (much of the time) to keep creating concepts and things to compare other concepts and things to. Perhaps saying 'conceptualizing to try and arrive at conclusions is futile', is akin to saying, 'when thought begins to see its own limitations, the whole structure begins to crumble. " The thing is, there has been conceptualization in order to say that!

Anterior to crumbling, or anything to crumble, 'this is' -- anterior even to being. Any structure requiring glue, never made an appearance here, where glue has no meaning.
