Guest guest
.... >>Ok, I recognize that I am dreaming. How do I wake up? If you can truly recognize that you are dreaming... you are already Awake! You might be just too 'addicted' to the dream, too 'dependent' on the dream! You might lack the real courage and willingness to truly come out of the dream! Waking up can only happen slowly in that case. You might open your eyes and might close them again very soon. Slowly your courage will grow and slowly you will begin to trust awakening only then will you be able to truly... 'stay awake'! .... Sudden Awakening might even... frighten... you and can make you close your eyes quickly again! In this scenario, you might develop even greater fear of waking up than before and it can thus become counter- productive! >>What if I don't truly realize that I am dreaming? What can I do then? You can begin to 'analyze' your dream. You look for the 'base' and 'root' of your dreams. You can try to find out " from where " does your dream originate! Once you reach there... the [un]reality of the dream will become obvious to you! .... >>What about those who claim to lead... 'Awakened Living'? That is... their... Dream!
