Hi

mind can be clear not false and a

clear intellect, empty of dramas etc

is able hold pure Consciousness in

return

imo nothing is happening in the mind

only, it is the whole unit; body mind

and psyche what is present all the time

as witness and all

Picture, that we are all role playing

most of the time in our life, at work,

as parents and sometimes even in a relationships one must 'act' for a better

outcome

One's psyche is like a child it just

wants to Be and this corruption

depletes it.

Meditation, contemplation recharges it

Contemplation, meditation is like a

vacation on the Bahamas. I practice

Surat Shabd Yoga inner-sound-and-light

meditation, what takes me right out

from all, from the dramas of life, free

from worries etc into a pure and

tranquil place which is not available in

physical consciousness

A meditator comes home, so to speak;

purified recharged reborn and with a

deep wisdom what is contactable only

there. Reading about wisdom takes 100

times longer than meditation. This is

what the mystics refer to as die daily

and this is the way a simple carpenter

got the understanding to be Christ, or

a cobler became Kabir Sahib

When one enters into these pure planes

clean consciousness without the dramas

posing intentions the being brings

back into his/her life the sideeffect

is what important: an ethical wise strong

being

I recognize such meditators, and it has

nothing, absolutely nothing to do with

parokeed wisdom or resitting the dead

heads

---------

By being clear about confusion, you

become clear of confusion.
