But you have to *do* something, right? The mind is always active until it's not. While it's active, it's useful to turn it on itself and see what happens. Or you can use the activity to wash your car and eat a burger. Do you have an aversion to sitting quietly and observing the mind, inquiring " who or what is this? " If so, why?
