This sounds like meditation to me! I don't mean doing mental

gymnastics or making a big ritual out of it, but just the intense

inward looking and questioning -- and you're right you can do it

anytime. Of course, sitting in a quiet place has advantages in that

you can go deeper. At least this is my experience.
