Like the famous zen dude who yelled at his student:

So, even if there is contraction and a sense of " me " here, that is

fine too. No need to be rid of that sense of " me " to try to get to

some kind of state where there is no me. That's more of the same

nonsense. The sense of separation is what is, and whatever else you

want is just resistance and following that resistance will only

create more tension/suffering.

***** What does " fine " have to do with it? Feelings are secondary and

besides the point. In other words, if the horse is already out of the

barn and whether you like it or not has nothing to do with the fact

that horse is out of the barn.
