Guest guest
Those of you who like to experiment a bit: Draw an imaginary line between your ears and direct all your attention on the point on the middle of that line. Listen to that point. LISTEN ... Stay there as long as you like to. Werner

Guest guest
Yes Pete, That " sound " honors you. When I was suggesting this experiment it was not because I did it as kind of Satan to seduce pious Advaitains to leave their path of conservative and pragmatic Advaita. It was rather meant to open the window and let some fresh air in, to move a bit from intellect towards being, to let crumble your conceptual identity for a moment. Why not trying it, let's say for 10 minutes ? It won't killl you. Guest guest
- Werner, I wasn't trying to knock your experiment. If you found it useful, it's only natural that you'd recommend it to others. When I wrote I ran out of quarters, I meant I have no interest in practices anymore. That doesn't mean I'm opposed to them on principle. Who can tell what helps or hinders in this crazy business. Guest guest
Thanks Pete, The misunderstanding was on my side due to my poor English. Now I can go with you, thanks for your patience. And you are right, what works for me doesn't neccessarily work for others but I think you can accept my curiosity if it could.
