Guest guest
Consider " meditation without ceasing " . Every moment as meditation. And when the " sense of meditating " has faded away, the trance has just gone deeper. And when the sense of " trance " has faded away, the trance has just gone deeper. And when the sense of any " state " whatsoever has faded away, the trance has just gone deeper. By then one has " lost oneself " and the meaning of " no-I " has dawned.
