What is an existential experience?

----------------

when you experience, you will know.

this is why it is called 'existential experience'.

you don't EXIST right now.

you are not 'yourself'.

all that exists right now is a mind.

this mind is NOT.

the Buddha said it, you should know it better than me.

:)
