Guest guest
For me " being in the moment " entails a kind of *allowing*. It means " no resistence " , " no interference " . I can't define precisely what those terms mean, but for me it is a complete allowing of whatever " shows up " in consciousness. I simply let it play itself out. There is no " correcting " of anything. Whatever happens, happens. This " allowing of chaos " is not something that one can *do* per se. It is the result of an evolution of " releasing " /insight or whatever, I dont' know. But it is, at any rate, not something one can *do*.
