Personally....the only thing I've ever felt with respect to ego anxiety was a mild sort of " uh oh.....what if I leap off here and there is nothing to catch me? " sort of feeling. The answer came back that " nothing will happen......what? you think you'll disappear or melt? You're in the process of going from one belief to another. That explains a lot of your rhetoric. No wonder you talk about a nice energy dissolving away the former bad ideas. No wonder you're confused. You're trying to get to a happier place of fearfulness where all is consciousness. This isn't a belief. You can't move into it from a previous belief, while you watch the previous belief dissolving, and feel glad about the process. It don't work like that.
