We are never alone. The internal dialogue with ourselves we call

thinking is nothing but the Self talking to the Self. Even when we

have a conversation with another person this conversation takes place

inside our own mind; again the Self is talking to the Self. There is

no " you " or " them " , there is only This. :-) Communication happens as

a functioning of Totality, and there is no difference between inner

communication (thinking) and outer communication (the " me "

communicating with the " external " world).

The illusion of loneliness

We are never alone. The internal dialogue with ourselves we call

thinking is nothing but the Self talking to the Self.

That means duality - who talks to whom - who is the talker / who is the

listener ???

Even then for all this to happen there should be silence in the back ground !

In the Presence of all Talking - Silence is always there in the back ground

without any effort to be silent.

In the Absence of all Talking - Silence Alone Exists.

Yes, and that silence cannot come about by any effort made by

thinking, of course.
